Please note this page is to update my customers of some of my new stock purchases made within the last 60 days or so.

 


 

 

 

10 th August 2010...........A shoebox of vintage postcards all sent to one person between 1907 and 1925, many postcards of Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone and others from North East London.

 

 

 

11 th August 2010...........A cake tin containing 14 kilos of mixed foreign and English coins and banknotes.

 

 

 11th August  2010...........A large album of mixed postcards mainly military from the first world war but a few dozen topographical views from Lancashire and Cheshire.

 

 

 

13 th August 2010........... A collection of home front and German World War Two ephemera.

 

 


21 st August 2010...........An interesting accumulation of small antiques and collectables including tin toys, boxed diecast dinky toys and lead soldiers.

 

 

 

 

21st August 2010...........A collection of old photographs and postcards including carte de visites and cabinet photographs.

 

 

 

Thank you to all of you that have taken the time to sort out your lofts and cupboards, business is very good at the moment and my customers are always seeking new items to add to their collections, so demand is higher than normal, so please keep bringing in your items.

 

I will always be happy to advise you on how and where to sell items that are not in my area of interest.

 The vintage postcard shop does not sell at any fairs, on the internet or mail order, however the shop is open and fully manned by the owner (Chris) to serve your collecting needs or make you cash offers for all types of old postcards, paper ephemera, small antiques, militaria, medals, badges, coins, banknotes and all manor of other collectables, that you may have for sale.
